共研磨涂料浮色发花问题探讨

摘　　要：通过评价研磨浆的外观、细度,以及进行50℃热贮存稳定性试验、漆膜光泽测量、指研试验和喷板试验,研究了不同解絮凝型分散剂和受控絮凝型分散剂、有机硅流平剂对含钛白粉、氧化铁黄、酞菁蓝和碳黑的共研磨涂料浮色发花的影响,结果表明,在65%的BS2260羟基丙烯酸树脂和20%的N-75固化剂体系中,以解絮凝型分散剂SN-1066为主(0.9%)、受控絮凝型分散剂2004B为辅(0.3%),加入0.1%有机硅流平剂BYK-333,可以改善共研磨涂料的浮色发花现象,喷板后几乎没有浮色发花现象产生。The effects of different deflocculation dispersants,controlled flocculation dispersants,and silicone leveling agent on the flooding and floating problems for the paint made by grinding with titania,iron oxide yellow,phthalocyanine blue,and carbon black were studied by evaluation of appearance and fineness,50℃storage testing,gloss measurement,rub-out testing,and spraying testing.The results showed that for the system composed of 65%BS2260 hydroxyl acrylic resin and 20%N-75 curing agent,the corporation of 0.9%deflocculation dispersant SN-1066,0.3%controlled flocculation dispersant 2004 B,and 0.1%silicone leveling agent BYK-333 greatly eliminates the flooding and floating problems of the pigment concentrate and the sprayed coating obtained therefrom.
