摘 要:本文结合唐山地区某2 300 m^3级新建高炉工程设计实例,对大高炉炉体设计应用的各项综合长寿技术进行系统介绍。该高炉投产后,各项技术经济指标不断提升,已经达到了同级别高炉先进水平。生产过程中各项检测数据显示炉体内衬和冷却设备运行状态良好,表明设计中各项长寿技术的合理应用,为现代高效生产高炉实现长寿目标奠定了良好的基础。In this paper,combined with the design of a 2300 m3 new blast furnace project in Tangshan area,the integrated long life technology applied in the design of large blast furnace body is systematically introduced.After this blast furnace putting into operation,the technical and economic indicators continue to improve and get the advanced level of the same level of blast furnace.The detection data in the production process shows that the lining and cooling equipment in the furnace are in good operation condition.The reasonable application of the long life technology in design has laid a solid foundation for the realization of the long life goal of modern blast furnace with high efficiency production.
