摘　　要：高炉用铸钢冷却壁壁体材质为ZG230-450,其冷却水管材质为20~#钢,为铸铁冷却壁的升级换代产品,其力学性能和综合导热能力与球墨铸铁冷却壁相比有着本质上的提升。本文从原理上分析了铸钢冷却壁的优缺点,同时总结了铸钢冷却壁在各钢厂的应用实践效果,并对铸钢冷却壁的发展方向进行了分析。The base material of blast furnace cast steel cooling stave is ZG230-450,its cooling water pipe material is 20#steel,it's an upgrade products of cast iron cooling stave,and its mechanical properties and Integrated thermal conductivity are substantially improved compared with the cast steel cooling stave.This paper analyzes theoretically the advantages and disadvantages of cast steel cooling staves,and summarizes the application effect of cast steel cooling staves in various steel plants,and analyzes the development direction of cast steel cooling staves.
