摘　　要：本文论述了多辊轧机的结构组成、工作原理和应用范围,重点对多辊轧机的工作辊的性能要求、加工技术要求进行了分析。按照分析结果制定了多辊轧机工作辊的加工工艺、热处理工艺、磨削工艺。经过反复试验和工艺的调整,最后成功的研制出多辊轧机工作辊,其各项性能满足用户要求,一次通过用户验收,受到用户好评。This paper discusses the structure,working principle and application scope of multi-roll mill,key point the performance requirements and processing technical requirements of multi-roll mill work-roll are analyzed.Based on the analysis,the processing process,heat treatment process and grinding process of multi-roll mill work-roll are established.After repeated tests and process adjustments,finally the multi-roll mill work-roll of multi-roll mill is developed successfully,its various performance meets user requirements,once through user acceptance,and well evaluated by users.
