摘 要:金属打包机是固体废弃物资源化利用的重要设备,利用Solidworks三维建模软件建立打包机模型,并对模型进行简化。综合考虑各种实际情况,选取3种具有代表性的工况,使用Ansys Workbench软件对打包机门盖板锁头的销轴进行有限元分析,得到各工况条件下的销轴应力和位移分布情况。经分析得出,现在使用的销轴满足3种代表性工况的静力强度,具有一定的代表性。研究结果为金属打包机设备的设计和优化提供了参考作用,具有重要意义。Metal baling press is an important equipment for recycling solid wastes.We established a blare model with Solidworks 3D modeling software and simplified it.Considering various actual conditions,three representative working conditions were selected,and Ansys Workbench software was used to carry out the finite element analysis on the pin of the tapered end of the door cover plate of the baler,and the stress and displacement distribution of the pin under various working conditions were obtained.It was found that the pin in service meets the static strength requirements under three representative working conditions and was assumed to be representative.Research results in this paper provide a reference for the design and optimization of metal baler,which is of great significance.
