摘 要:轴承是游乐设备中最重要的部件,一旦轴承出现问题,游乐设备发生危险的概率就会大幅度提高,轴承寿命的正确计算关系到游乐设施的安全。文中给出了滚动轴承设计寿命的详细推导公式,并以某原子飞车车轮轴承作为研究对象,对车轮部位的载荷进行有限元仿真分析,得到最危险工况下单个车轮承受的最大载荷,并对车轮轴承的设计寿命进行校核计算,为定期更换车轮提供了理论依据,其计算方法为滑行类游乐设施车轮轴承寿命计算提供了参考。Bearing is the most important component for amusement equipment,the probability of dangerous events caused by amusement equipment will be greatly increased once the bearing failed.Therefore,the correct calculation of bearing life is related to the safety of amusement equipment.In this paper,we gave the detailed derivation formula of the design life of the rolling bearing,and with the wheel bearing of an atomic flying coaster as the research object,carried out finite element simulation analysis on the load of the wheel part,obtained the maximum load borne by a single wheel under the most dangerous working conditions,and checked and calculated the design life of the wheel bearing,which provides a theoretical basis for regular wheel replacement,and its calculation method provides a reference for the life calculation of the wheel bearing of sliding amusement facilities.
