摘  要:动车转向架立体仓库是由四立柱重载堆垛机、轨道式重载货架、移轨车组成。堆垛机载有提取器,其采用推拉方式使转向架沿轨道移动。为防止堆垛机移动时转向架在载货台上出现滑动,安装了电动止轮器对转向架前后轮进行机械止挡。存入货位后,在货位端头设置安全锁,对转向架进行保护。通过采取一定的存取工艺方法过程实现转向架全自动立体存取。The stereoscopic warehouse for powered bogies consists of a four-column heavy-duty stacker,a rail-type heavyduty shelf and a rail-moving vehicle.The stacker carries extractors and move the bogie along the rail by pushing and pulling.In order to prevent the bogie on the loading platform from sliding when the stacker is moving,an electric wheel stopper is installed to stop the front and rear wheels of the bogie mechanically.After goods are stored in right places,a safety lock is set at the end of the cargo space to provide protection for the bogie.Full automatic stereoscopic access of bogies is realized by adopting a certain access process.
