摘  要:椎间盘位于相邻椎体之间,由外周的纤维环(annulus fibrosus,AF)、中央胶冻样髓核(nucleus pulposus,NP)组织以及上下两端薄层透明的软骨终板(cartilage endplate,CE)组成。外周纤维环主要由类似成纤维细胞的纤维环细胞组成、髓核组织的主要细胞类型为星状软骨样细胞、软骨终板则是一层与关节软骨组织相似的薄层软骨[1]。A series of clinical symptoms caused by degenerative intervertebral disc diseases not only bring great trouble to daily life,but also a heavy burden on society.Conservative treatment and surgical interventions can relieve clinical symptoms and pain,but not reverse the degeneration course.Current researches present that autologous or allogeneic stem cells will restore the cellular components in degenerative discs and regulate the inflammatory response to repair degenerated discs and relieve clinical symptoms,however,more clinical researches and experiments are still needed to verify the safety and effectiveness.This article summarizes new research and progress of related technologies to provide references to the better understanding of mechanism,biosafety,and the development of related biological materials.
