明代永乐朝官员惩治情状探微

摘　　要：官员惩治事关王朝兴衰,为明成祖所高度重视,永乐朝官员惩治按原因可分为政治清洗、皇储之争、同僚倾轧、违法渎职和触折龙颜五种类型,具有明显的阶段性和复杂性,其实质是皇权的工具。它一方面有利于实现成祖的政治意图,起到协调人事关系、平衡政治力量、稳固政治局势的作用,为谋求盛治局面奠定了坚实基础;另一方面也对司法公正、士人品节和官场风气造成了负面影响,阻碍了行政效能的充分发挥,使永乐朝政局隐含着衰乱的危险。The punishment of officials is related to the rise and fall of the dynasty.It is highly valued by Ming Chengzu.The punishment of officials in Yongle year can be divided into five types according to reason,such as political cleansing,crown prince fights,peer disputes,illegal dereliction of duty and affronts against the emperor.With obvious stage and complexity,its essence is the instrument of imperial power.On the one hand,it is conducive to the realization of the political intentions of Ming Chengzu,play a role in coordinating personnel relations,balancing political forces and stabilizing the political situation,and laying a solid foundation for the pursuit of a prosperous situation.On the other hand,it has also caused a negative impact on judicial justice,the character of officials and the culture of government,hindering the full play of administrative efficiency and making the political situation implies the danger of decay.
