摘 要:为满足等离子体气化炉炉衬用耐火材料的苛刻服役条件,首先制备MgAl2O4-Cr2O3和SiC浇注料,与原炉衬Al2O3-Cr2O3砖抗渣性能进行对比,接着研究两种浇注料经不同温度处理后的性能。结果表明:与Al2O3-Cr2O3砖相比,SiC和MgAl2O4-Cr2O3浇注料均具有优异的抗渣侵蚀性,但MgAl2O4-Cr2O3浇注料抗渣渗透性较差;两种浇注料经不同温度处理后力学性能变化明显,SiC浇注料由于结合剂为硅溶胶,110℃烘后强度低,但中高温阶段强度提升明显,尤其1700℃处理后,原位形成大量SiC晶须,强度提高显著。To meet the harsh service conditions of lining refractories for plasma gasifiers,MgAl2O4-Cr2O3 and SiC castables were firstly prepared,and compared with the original Al2O3-Cr2O3 bricks in terms of slag resistance,and then the properties of the two castables hot treated at different temperatures were researched.The results show that the SiC and MgAl2O4-Cr2O3 castables have excellent slag corosion resistance compared with the Al2O3-Cr2O3 bricks,and the slag permeability of the MgAl2O4-Cr2O3 castables is poor;the mechanical properties of the two castables change obviously after hot treatment at different temperatures;SiC castables have a low strength after baking at 110℃because the binder is silica sol,its strength in the middle and high temperature stages improves obviously;after hot treated at 1700℃,a large number of whiskers in situ form in SiC castables,significantly increasing the strength.
