摘　　要：通过探讨CFB锅炉常用耐磨耐火材料种类及特点总结了检修材料的选取原则,在分析锚固件安装、材料施工、养护及烘炉等基础上明确了不同工序工艺的关键要点,在研究重点检修部位、施工过程控制及日常管理等基础上提出了质量控制的重点要求,为CFB锅炉耐磨耐火材料使用水平的提升提供参考。By discussing the types and characteristics of wear resistant refractories commonly used in CFB boilers,the selection principles of maintenance materials were summarized,and the key points of different processes were defined on the basis of analyzing the installation of anchors,material construction,maintenance,baking,etc.The key requirements of quality control were put forward on the basis of studying the key maintenance parts,construction process control and daily management,which provide a reference for improving the wear resistant refractories for CFB boilers.
