摘  要:研究染色及复合功能整理工艺对汽车内饰用涤纶织物阻燃拒水性能和雾化度的影响。采用先染色后复合整理的优化工艺(一浴法复合整理,Z5阻燃剂50g/L,J3拒水剂5g/L,焙烘温度200℃,焙烘时间90s)进行整理,整理织物具有良好的染色效果、阻燃性及拒水性能,雾化度为1.13mg。The influences of dyeing and multi-functional finishing to flame retardancy,hydrophobic and fogging degree of interior polyester fabrics for automobile were studied.The fabric treatment process adopted dyeing first and then compound finishing.The optimum finishing process was as follows:one bath composite finishing,flame retardant agent Z550 g/L,water repellent agent J35 g/L,baking temperature 200℃,baking time 90 s.The treated fabric showed good dyeing properties,flame retardancy and water repellency,and the fogging degree was 1.13 mg.
