摘  要:使用锥形量热仪对T700碳纤维/环氧复合材料、泡沫芯材及T700碳纤维/环氧-泡沫夹芯板进行火灾模拟,并收集平均点燃时间、热释放速率、释烟速率及总烟释放量等试验数据。将三种材料在相同辐射强度50 kW/m2(796℃)下进行燃烧,同时分析泡沫芯材对T700碳纤维/环氧-泡沫夹芯板的燃烧及产烟影响,包括计算毒性气体生成速率指数(ToxPI10 min)以及发烟指数(TSPI8 min)等参数,再对试验数据变化及产生物质进行深入分析。研究结果表明:泡沫芯材对T700碳纤维/环氧-泡沫夹芯板的点燃时间没有影响,但会提升T700碳纤维/环氧复合材料的热释放速率峰值(pkHRR)、总热释放量、总产烟量以及加剧生成烟气的毒性。这主要是由于泡沫芯材参与材料中环氧的热解以及成炭环节所致。The T700 carbon fiber/epoxy composites,foam core material and T700 carbon fiber/epoxy foam sandwich panel were simulated for fire using cone calorimeter,and the average ignition time,rate of heat release,rate of smoke release,total smoke release were collected.The three materials were burned at the same radiation intensity of 50 kW/m2(796℃),and the effects of foam core material on the combustion and smoke production of T700 carbon fiber/epoxy foam sandwich panel were analyzed,including the calculation of toxic gas generation rate index(ToxPI10 min)and smoke developed index(TSPI8 min)and other parameters.The change of test data and the substances produced were then analyzed in depth.The research results showed that foam core material had no effect on the ignition time of T700 carbon fiber/epoxy foam sandwich panel,but it would enhance the peak heat release rate(pkHRR),total heat release,total smoke production and toxicity of smoke of T700 carbon fiber/epoxy composites.This was mainly due to the foam core material involved in the pyrolysis of epoxy material and the formation of carbon.
