摘 要:为改善普通低剪力墙的抗震性能,提出带钢管混凝土延性柱耗能器的底框砌体结构方案,并与带钢管混凝土耗能低矮剪力墙底框砌体结构以及普通底部框剪砌体结构的抗震性能进行了对比分析,探讨了三者的动力特性、加速度响应、层间位移、层最大位移、基底剪力以及耗能能力。结果表明,带钢管混凝土延性柱耗能器的底框砌体结构的耗能能力明显提高,大约提高了1.25~1.5倍,耗能器可以消耗更多的地震能量,从而保护主体结构免遭严重破坏,提高了建筑物的抗震性能。To improve the seismic performance of ordinary low shear wall,a kind of masonry building with R C frame in the bottom with concrete-filled steel tube ductile column is presented,the seismic performance is compared with masonry building with energy dissipated low-rise concrete shear wall and ordinary low-rise concrete shear wall in the bottom,and the dynamic characteristics,acceleration response,inter story displacement,maximum layer displacement,base shear force and energy dissipation distribution of the three structures are discussed.The result shows that the energy dissipation capacity of masonry building with frame in the bottom with concrete-filled steel tube ductile column is obviously improved by 1.25 to 1.5 times,which can protect the main structure from serious damage and improve the seismic performance of the building,The seismic performance of buildings is improved.
