摘 要:在历史砌体结构建筑中,部分砖墙的砂浆强度降低很多而砖仍然具有较高强度,从而引起墙体抗剪承载力不满足要求。基于最小干预原则,提出了通过用高性能砂浆置换部分旧砂浆提高结构安全性的砌体结构保护性加固技术。而且竖向压应力及高宽比是影响墙体抗震性能的重要因素。故在前期置换砂浆加固砌体性能研究的基础上,选择X形置换砂浆的方式,考虑不同竖向压应力及高宽比,设计了6个墙体,进行了拟静力试验。试验结果表明:置换砂浆能有效提高墙体的抗剪承载力,且这种加固方式适用于不同竖向压应力及高宽比的墙体,置换砂浆效果取决于墙体裂缝形式和路径。In the safety and seismic identification of historic buildings,there are many brick masonry walls where the mortar strength is very low and the bricks still have higher strength and the bearing capacity is not satisfactory.Based on the principle of minimum intervention,a masonry structure protection technology that improves structural safety by replacing some old mortar with highperformance mortar is proposed.Moreover,vertical compressive stress and aspect ratio are important factors affecting the seismic performance of the wall.Six walls are designed by X-shaped replacement mortar for quasi-static test,considering different vertical compressive stresses and aspect ratios.The test results show that the replacement mortar can effectively improve the shear capacity of the wall,and the reinforcement method is suitable for walls with different vertical compressive stress and aspect ratio.The effect of replacing the mortar depends on the crack form and path of the wall.
