摘 要:根据阻尼器和弹簧的原理,在现有BRB的构造基础上设计了一种新型可恢复式杆式摩擦阻尼器装置,并介绍了该种构造专利。探究了该装置的刚度和耗能能力,与传统杆件相比,其轴向刚度可根据高强弹簧调节且可控,侧向屈曲刚度基本无衰减。通过理论分析和数值计算对该新型装置与单一杆件进行了对比,同时将该装置应用在网壳之中,在EL-Centro波作用下进行了单层球面网壳在替换新型杆式摩擦阻尼器前后的地震响应分析。结果表明:该新型杆式摩擦阻尼器装置可有效降低地震作用,表现出良好的消能机制和耗能特性。该装置可应用于新建网壳结构中以及已建网壳中受损杆件的替换,为单层网壳结构的减震和抗震设计提供了一种新的思路。According to the principle of damper and spring,based on the existing BRB structure,a new type of recoverable rod friction damper device is designed,and the patent of this kind of structure is introduced.The stiffness and energy dissipation capacity of the device are explored.Compared with the traditional bar,its axial stiffness can be adjusted and controlled according to the high-strength spring,and the lateral buckling stiffness has no attenuation basically.Through theoretical analysis and numerical calculation,the new device is compared with a single rod.Meanwhile,the device is applied in the reticulated shell,and the seismic response of the singlelayer spherical reticulated shell before and after replacing the new type rod friction damper is analyzed under the action of EL-Centro wave.The results show that the new type rod friction damper can effectively reduce the seismic effect,and shows good energy dissipation mechanism and energy dissipation characteristics.It can be applied to the replacement of damaged bars in the new reticulated shell structure and the existing reticulated shell.
