摘  要:福建位于东南沿海地震带上,而基于当地风俗习惯、经济条件、居住舒适度等原因,石砌体结构房屋遍布沿海镇(乡)村。本文根据福建省镇(乡)村石砌体结构房屋抗震性能调查结果,总结了石砌体房屋在建筑材料、砌筑工艺、结构布置、构造柱或圈梁设置不足、抗侧力刚度突变、屋顶附属结构或设备抗震性能不足、地基处在抗震不利软弱土层等七个方面存在的抗震性能缺陷。如何对这些存在抗震安全隐患的房屋进行加固处理是一个迫切问题,本文从抗震加固处理标准、基本原则、基础加固处理推荐方法及上部结构抗震加固处理方法等四个方面对抗震加固处理措施进行研究,为福建省镇(乡)村石砌体结构房屋抗震加固处理提供借鉴。Fujian is located in the southeast coastal seismic belt,and stone masonry houses are widely distributed in coastal towns and villages due to local customs,economic conditions,living comfort and other reasons.Based on the investigation results of seismic performance of stone masonry buildings in towns and villages of Fujian Province,the defects of seismic performance of stone masonry buildings are summarizes in seven aspects:building materials,masonry technology,structural layout,inadequate setting of structural columns or girders,sudden change of lateral stiffness,inadequate seismic performance of roof accessory structures or equipment,and weak soil layers which are disadvantageous to earthquake resistance.It is an urgent problem how to reinforce this kind of buildings with potential seismic safety hazards.the seismic reinforcement measures are studie from four aspects:seismic reinforcement treatment standards,basic principles,recommended methods of foundation reinforcement and seismic reinforcement treatment methods of superstructure,which can provide reference for seismic reinforcement treatment of stone masonry buildings in towns and villages of Fujian province.
