摘　　要：[目的]总结郎伯旭教授运用"项八穴"治疗颈源性疾病的临床经验。[方法]分析郎伯旭教授对6种颈源性疾病(颈源性眩晕、颈源性头痛、颈源性耳鸣、儿童抽动症、注意缺陷多动障碍、脑外伤后综合征)的病因病机认识,阐述"项八穴"在临床实践中的运用依据,并附临床案例加以验证。[结果]结合大量国内外文献分析,可知颈源性疾病的主要病变节段在于上颈段的枕寰枢区域,该区域的各种损伤病变可致使局部血管、神经等受累,继而引发一系列的临床症状,故"项八穴"的作用原理便是针对枕寰枢区域的靶向治疗。所举6例验案均为临床常见的颈源性疾病,病因病机都与枕寰枢区域的软组织病变导致的脑血供不足及周围神经受累有关,运用"项八穴"治疗后,均取得良效。[结论]郎教授认为,"项八穴"除大椎穴外,其余七穴均位于枕寰枢区域,靶向治疗颈源性疾病,取穴规范精确,疗效独到,值得临床推广应用。[Objective]To summarize Professor LANG Boxu’s clinical experience in the treatment of cervicogenic diseases with"Eight Nape Points".[Methods]Through analyzing Professor LANG Boxu’s understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of six kinds of cervicogenic diseases(cervicogenic vertigo,cervicogenic headache,cervicogenic tinnitus,Tourette syndrome,attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and post-traumatic brain syndrome),the application basis of"Eight Nape Points"in clinical practice was expounded and validated with clinical cases.[Results]Combined with a large number of literatures at home and abroad,it was found that the main lesion segment of cervicogenic disease was the occipital atlantoaxial region of the upper cervical segment.Various injuries in this area can cause local blood vessels and nerves involvement,and then cause a series of clinical symptoms.Therefore,the working mechanism of"Eight Nape Points"is the targeted therapy for occipital atlantoaxial region.Six cases were all common cervicogenic diseases,the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease were related to the insufficiency of cerebral blood supply and the involvement of peripheral nerves caused by the soft tissue lesions in the occipital atlantoaxial region.After treated with"Eight Nape Points",all patients achieved good results.[Conclusion]Professor LANG considers that the other seven acupoints in"Eight Nape Points"are all located in the occipital atlantoaxial region,except for the Dazhui acupoint,the acupoint selection is standardized and accurate,with unique curative effect to use"Eight Nape Points"for the targeted treatment of cervicogenic diseases,which is worthy of clinical application.
