高危孕妇强化管理对改善妊娠结局的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨加强高危孕妇孕期管理对改善孕妇妊娠结局的效果。方法回顾性分析襄阳职业技术学院附属医院2017年1月至2019年12月接诊的高危孕妇100例,随机按管理方式不同将其分为观察组和强化组,每组50例。观察组采用孕期常规管理;强化对照组采用高危孕妇强化管理模式,增加监测指标和产检频率,严格落实针对性干预措施。比较两组高危产妇并发症(早产、产后出血、子痫)发生率、胎儿并发症(胎儿窘迫及新生儿窒息)发生率。结果强化对照组实施高危孕妇强化管理模式后,产妇并发症发生率14%,胎儿并发症发生率14%,均明显低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对高危孕妇进行强化管理,落实针对性干预措施,可以有效改善孕妇妊娠结局。To explore the effect of strengthening the management of high-risk pregnant women during pregnancy on improving pregnant outcome.A retrospective analysis was made of 100 high-risk pregnant women received in the Affiliated Hospital of Xiangyang Polytechnic from January 2017 to December 2019.According to different management methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group adopted the routine management during pregnancy;the control group adopted the intensive management mode for high-risk pregnant women,increased the monitoring indicators and the frequency of birth inspection,and strictly implemented the targeted intervention measures.The incidence of complications(premature delivery,postpartum hemorrhage,eclampsia),fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia were compared between the two groups.The incidence of complications,fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Strengthening the management of high-risk pregnant women and implementing targeted interventions can effectively improve the pregnancy outcome of pregnant women.
