摘  要:本研究对20份茄子供试材料进行遗传多样性SSR分析。结果显示,从100对SSR引物对中筛选出10条引物呈现出多态性,共扩增出谱带79条,多态性占70条,平均每对引物扩增出多态性谱带数为7.0条,多态性比例为88.61%。通过聚类分析将20个茄子资源分为3类:A类7份材料,都为纯化高代资源,果顶形状都为平,B类有1份材料,这份资源果实为中长筒型,果顶形状为平,果皮颜色为脂红色,果肉颜色为白色,果萼颜色为绿色;C类有12份材料,这些材料基本为新配置的组合。本研究为茄子核心资源的保存与鉴定、基因定位、遗传图谱构建及分子标记辅助选择等科研领域提供有益参考。The genetic diversity of 20 eggplant materials was analyzed by SSR.The results showed that 10 primers were polymorphic from 100 pairs of SSR primer pairs.A total of 79 bands were amplified and 70 bands were polymorphic.The average number of polymorphic bands per pair of primers was 7.0,and the ratio of polymorphism was 88.61%.Through cluster analysis,20 eggplant resources were classified into three categories:group A,7 materials,all of which were purified high generation resources,the top of fruit were all flat,There is one material in group B,the fruit of this resource was of medium long tube type,and the top of fruit was flat.The skin color is fat red,flesh color is white,fruit calyx color is green.There is 12 material in group C,which are basically a combination of new configurations.This study provides a useful reference for the preservation and identification of eggplant core resources,gene localization,genetic map construction and molecular marker-assisted selection.
