摘　　要：主要针对建筑施工企业在招投标环节需要商业银行出具资信证明函的业务场景,具体分析业内存在的人工处理耗时费力、审核能力参差不齐、业务存在管理盲区等痛点,对商业银行应用人工智能、大数据分析等金融科技能力为客户智能审批出具资信证明业务进行实践性的探索与分析,在提升客户体验的同时,为商业银行创造提升业务处理效率、增加收益及树立良好企业形象等方面的价值。In the bidding process,construction enterprises need commercial banks providecredit certification letter,this paper analyzes the pain points in this industry,such as time-consuming and laborious manual processing,uneven audit ability,business management blind area,and makes practical exploration and Analysis on commercial banks’application of financial technology capabilities such as artificial intelligence and big data analysis for customers’intelligent approval and issuance of credit certification letter,to improve customer experience and create the value of improving business processing efficiency、increasing revenue and establishing a good corporate image for commercial bank.
