摘　　要：突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情给我国社会生活造成了冲击,加大了不确定性和经济增长压力,公路行业尤其受到直接冲击。本文采用文献资料收集和统计分析方法,回顾重大事件影响下公路投资活动的特征,深入分析SARS疫情与新冠肺炎疫情对公路运输活动的影响,结合当下国家和地方采取的有关举措,深入剖析了新冠疫情下商业银行支持公路行业发展的机遇,并提出了商业银行支持公路行业发展的措施建议。The outbreak of Corona VirusDisease 2019(COVID-19)has caused impacts on China’s sociallife,added uncertainties and pressures on the economic growth,highway industry particularlyaffected.With the methods of literature collectionand statistical analysis,firstly reviewed characteristics of the highway investment activities under the influence of major events,studied impacts of SARS and COVID-19 on highway activities.Then studied positive measures of central and local governments,analyzed opportunities for commercial banks to support highway industry.Finally proposed suggestions for commercial banks to support highway industry.
