摘  要:近年来,随着双块式轨枕的大量应用,其轨枕质量的验收标准也越来越高,其中裂纹作为否决性指标,绝不允许出现,但SK-2型双块式轨枕出现挡肩裂纹的可能性极大。由于各个制枕场的生产工艺、生产设备、人员技能的不同,出现挡肩裂纹的概率不尽相同,影响挡肩裂纹的主要工序就是脱模。脱模方式、脱模设备的有效选择成了控制裂纹指标的重要保障。根据不同脱模方式的对比,锤击式脱模成了双块式轨枕生产中脱模工序的首选。In recent years,the double block sleeper has been widely used,and the acceptance standard of its sleeper quality has become higher and higher.Cracks are not allowed as a veto index,but SK-2 double block sleeper has a great possibility of shoulder cracks.Due to the different production technology,production equipment and personnel skills of each sleeper manufacturing yard,the probability of shoulder crack is different.The main process affecting the shoulder crack is demoulding.The effective selection of demoulding mode and demoulding equipment has become an important guarantee of crack index.According to the comparison of different demoulding methods,hammer demoulding has become the first choice of demoulding process in the production of double block sleepers.
