摘  要:建筑物产生裂缝的原因错综复杂,结构裂缝一旦出现且有发展趋势,必须引起高度重视.通过力学计算,以某个混凝土结构悬臂梁裂缝为例,开展在不同使用工况下的荷载效应与其实际受弯(抗弯、抗剪)承载力进行比较,发现结构抗力明显小于改变工况后的结构效应,得出裂缝产生的原因是支座发生改变造成的,该裂缝是弯剪活裂缝,给结构安全使用造成威胁.查明地基不均匀沉降原因,对支撑水平梁的立柱支座进行修复,处理方法得当,取得了预期效果,为解决建筑加层案例提供了思路.The causes of building cracks are complex.Once structural cracks appear and have a development trend,we must attach great importance to them.Through mechanical calculation,taking a cantilever beam crack of a concrete structure as an example,the load effect under different service conditions and the actual bending(bending,shear)bearing capacity are compared.It is found that the structural resistance is obviously less than the structural effect after the change of working conditions,and the crack is caused by the change of bearing.The crack is a bending shear active crack,which threatens the safe use of the structure.Find out the cause of uneven settlement of the foundation,repair the column bearing supporting the horizontal beam,and get the expected effect with proper treatment method,which provides ideas for solving the case ofbuilding adding storey.
