摘　　要：近年来,我国水土保持监督管理工作取得了一定成效,但仍旧面临水土保持监测新发展、新局面,需要针对水土保持监督性监测工作中存在的问题采取有效措施,对各类违规、违法情况加强监测.切实履行水土保持监督管理工作职责,适应国家全面推进生态文明建设形势,实现水土保持监督性监测现代化目标.论文阐述了水土保持监督性监测工作面临的新形势,分析了强化水土保持监督性监测工作行政职能工作的重要性,提出几点强化水土保持监督性监测工作行政职能的措施.In recent years,the supervision and management of soil and water conservation in China has made some achievements,but it still faces the new development and new situation of soil and water conservation monitoring.It is necessary to take effective measures against the problems existing in the supervision and monitoring of soil and water conservation,and monitor all kinds of violations and violations.We will conscientiously perform the duties of supervision and management of soil and water conservation,adapt to the situation of comprehensively promoting the construction of ecological civilization,and achieve the goal of modernization of supervision monitoring of soil and water conservation.This paper expounds the new situation of the supervisory monitoring of soil and water conservation,analyzes the importance of strengthening the administrative function of the supervisory monitoring of soil and water conservation,and puts forward some measures to strengthen the administrative function of the supervisory monitoring of soil and water conservation.
