解析创新工程引领农业院所的科技跃升效应——以中国农业科学院植物保护研究所为例

摘　　要：以中国农业科学院植物保护研究所实施的科技创新工程为例,阐述了2013—2017年科技创新工程实施成效,总结了科技创新工程实施中管理经验,说明了科技创新工程在植保所科技发展的引领作用和撬动效应,并针对存在的问题,文章提出了下一步调整思路与举措。With Institute of Plant Protection of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences on the implementation of science and technology innovation project as an example,this paper expounds the implementation effect of The Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation Program(ASTIP)in 2013-2017,summarizes the implementation of the project for the innovation of science and technology and management experience,and explains the leading role and leveraging effect of science and technology innovation engineering in the development of science and technology of the institute,Aiming at the existing problems,the article puts forward the next adjustment ideas and measures.
