摘 要:建筑综合体是各类建筑功能复合、相互作用高度集约的建筑群.严寒地区建筑综合体暖通空调(HVAC)系统节能设计对建筑节能起着决定性作用,因为HVAC系统是能源消耗的高密度领域.本文以长春市某建筑综合体为例,应用建筑环境及HVAC系统能耗模拟软件设计师模拟工具包(DeST),对该综合体全年中的空调季和采暖季的能耗进行了分析.根据项目所在地的区域特点,设定了节能设计参数、冷热源参数和空调系统参数,对建筑室内外环境的空调季和采暖季工况进行了能耗模拟,分析了其重要影响因素和构成特点.得出了建筑物各房间逐时负荷及建筑负荷变化趋势、冷热量变化范围及分布,探讨了相应的节能技术措施.结果表明,模拟整个空调季工况及采暖季工况有助于综合分析建筑冷热负荷特性和优化设计方案.The building complexes are a highly intensive building group with various building functions that are complex and interactive.The energy-saving design of the heating ventilating & air conditioning(HVAC) system in the building complexes in severe cold area plays a decisive role in building energy conservation,because HVAC system is a high-density field of energy consumption.Taken the building complex in Changchun as an example,the building environment and HVAC system energy consumption simulation software designer’s simulation toolkit(DeST) was used to analyze the energy consumption during the air conditioning season and heating season throughout the year.According to the characteristics of the region where the project is located,the design parameters of energy conservation,the parameters of heat and cold sources and the parameters of air conditioning system were set,and the energy consumption under the working conditions of the air conditioning season and heating season of the indoor and outdoor environment of the building was simulated,and its important influencing factors and composition characteristics were analyzed.The hourly load of each room in the building,the change trend of building load,the range and distribution of cold-heat were obtained,and the corresponding measures of energy-saving technology were discussed.The results show that simulating the working conditions of the whole air-conditioning season and heating season is helpful to comprehensively analyze the cooling and heating load characteristics of the building and to optimize design scheme.
