摘  要:喹啉不溶物(QI)数量不同的沥青经热缩聚法制备中间相炭微球(MCMB),研究QI的数量对MCMB形成过程的影响。采用偏光显微镜、扫描电镜分析中间相和MCMB的形貌及结构。结果表明:沥青经QI调配后,MCMB的收率随QI含量增高而增大,粒径变化不大;MCMB洗涤过程中产生的副产沥青可用于优质浸渍剂沥青。Mesocarbon microheads(MCMB)were prepared from coal tar pitches containing the different quinoline insolubles(QI).The effects of the content of QI on the formation process of MCMB had been investigated through comparison of microstructural characteristics mesophase.The morphologies and microstructures of mesophase pitches and MCMB were characterized by polarized light microscope and scanning electron microscope.For MCMB,the yield increased with QI and the particle size had no obvious change after the blending of QI.Residual pitch after washing MCMB can be further used for impregnating pitch.
