摘  要:在以往的维修中,城市轨道交通信号设备采用以计划预防修为主、故障应急修和专项保障修为辅的维修模式。基于以往维修经验,总结了原有维修模式存在的问题,并提出了信号设备维修的优化模式:以预防性维修模式为主的计划定期修优化,以事后维修模式为主的补救性故障修,以基于大数据与可靠性理论分析的状态修。针对不同类型的设备采取不同的维修策略,在有限的资源条件下,提高设备的维修质量,降低维修成本,以便更好地适应城市轨道交通的发展需求。In the past maintenance process,the maintenance mode of urban rail transit signal system equipment mainly adopts the planed and preventive repair,supplemented by emergency repair and special-guaranteed maintenance mode.Based on the previous maintenance experiences,the problems existing in the former maintenance mode are summarized,an optimum signal equipment maintenance mode is proposed.In which,the planned periodic maintenance based on preventive maintenance mode is optimized,the remedial fault repair is adopted based on post maintenance mode,and the condition maintenance based on big data and reliability theory analysis is implemented.Different maintenance strategies are recommended for different types of equipment,only by improving equipment maintenance quality and reducing maintenance cost with limited resources,can the maintenance mode better adapt to the development needs of urban rail transit.
