摘 要:本文运用内生增长模型理论,研究R&D强度、就业结构与经济增长之间存在的关联性,以中国30个省级面板数据为基础,采用固定效应模型和异方差稳健性估计对三者之间的关系进行分析。结果发现,R&D强度与经济增长呈显著的正相关关系,但影响程度不高;R&D强度与第一、二、三产业就业结构产生的交互效应对经济增长的影响不同,R&D强度与第三产业就业人数比重的交互效应对促进经济增长的作用显著,而与第一、二产业就业人数比重的交互效应对促进经济增长的作用不明显。因此,应进一步发挥R&D强度对经济增长的促进作用,优化区域研发与创新环境,适当均衡不同产业结构下的R&D强度。Using endogenous growth model theory,this paper discusses the correlation between R&D intensity,employment structure and economic growth.Based on 30 provincial panel data in China,the relationship between the three is estimated by using fixed effect model and heteroscedasticity robustness estimation.The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between R&D intensity and economic growth with low degree of influence.The interaction between R&D intensity and the employment structure of primary industry,the secondary industry and tertiary industry have different effects on economic growth.The interaction between R&D intensity and the proportion of employment in tertiary industry has a significant effect on promoting economic growth.The interaction effect with the proportion of employment in primary industry and secondary industry is not obvious to promote economic growth.Therefore,it is suggested to further develop R&D intensity to promote economic growth,optimize the environment for regional research and development,and properly balance the R&D intensity under the different industrial structure.
