摘 要:为了改进斜撑支护结构需分块施工底板以及对施工工期影响较大等不足,提出了一种新型的斜桩支护体系--前撑注浆钢管桩。结合上海某大面积深基坑工程,对新型钢管桩的运用进行了介绍,重点阐述了前撑注浆钢管桩的设计方案及施工方法。实际工程运用效果显示,新型钢管桩的应用大大节省了基坑的施工工期,变形控制效果较好,可为类似工程提供参考。In order to improve the shortages in the inclined bracing support structure construction, namely it has to construct the bottom plate in blocks and has a great influence on the construction period, a new type of inclined support system-front support grouting steel pipe pile, is proposed. Combined with a large area deep foundation pit project in Shanghai, this paper introduces the application of the new steel pipe piles and focuses on the design scheme and construction method of the front support grouting steel pipe pile. The practical application shows that the application of the new steel pipe pile greatly saves the construction period of the foundation pit, and the deformation control effect is better, which can provide a reference for similar projects.
