摘　　要：为给既有保护性公共建筑的拆除、加固及改造工程提供借鉴,结合上海世博会法国馆改造工程,总结了斜向交叉异形GRC板的拆除顺序、拆除方法及拆除后保护性运送等保护性拆除施工全过程。工程实施效果表明,GRC板拆除过程顺利、拆除后基本无损伤,相关措施可为相似工程的施工提供参考。In order to provide reference for the demolition, reinforcement and reconstruction of the existing protective public buildings, combined with the renovation project of the French Pavilion of Shanghai World Expo, the demolition sequence, demolition method and protective transportation of the oblique crossing special shaped GRC slab are summarized. The implementation effect of the project shows that the demolition process of GRC slabs is smooth and there is basically no damage after the demolition. The relevant measures can provide reference for the construction of similar projects.
