摘 要:我国机动车保有量的持续增长,导致城市中心停车难的问题日趋严重。为此,对地下空间开发技术以及智能停车系统现状进行了解读,在此基础上,结合南京某中心城区地下停车库开发项目,分析了传统地下空间开发技术及自走式停车库的弊端,继而提出并介绍了采用平推逆作法及智能立体停车库系统相结合的地下停车库拓建理念。经实践应用,该拓建理念有效缓解了城市核心地带停车供需矛盾,可为类似的地下停车库拓建项目提供借鉴。With the sustainable growth of China’s number of motor vehicles, more and more attention has been paid to the problem of difficult parking in urban centers. Based on the interpretation of the development technology of underground space and the current situation of intelligent parking system, combined with the practical application of the development project of underground parking in a central urban area of Nanjing, this paper analyzes the disadvantages of the traditional development technology of underground space and the self-propelled parking garage. Furthermore, it also puts forward and introduces the development concept of underground parking garage by combination of horizontal transition reversed construction method and intelligent three-dimensional parking system. Through practical application, such development concept can effectively alleviates the contradiction between parking supply and demand in the urban core area and provide reference for similar development project of underground parking garage.
