摘　　要：开发了一种以异构C13-醇聚氧乙烯醚RitenT7和表面活性剂X为主表面活性剂的皮革脱脂剂,最佳配方(以质量分数计):异构C13醇聚氧乙烯醚RitenT730%,表面活性剂X 25%,二丙基庚醇聚氧乙烯醚RitenP75%,磺酸4%,乙二醇丁醚10%,三乙醇胺5%,葡萄糖酸1%,去离子水20%.通过猪油溶解、狐狸皮脱脂及国内皮革助剂公司测试,结果表明,脱脂效果优于国内脱脂剂,可以达到国外同类产品水平.A novel leather degreasing agent was prepared by using the RitenT7 and surfactant X as main surfactants,the optimum formula(on the basis of mass fraction)was RitenT730%,surfactant X 25%,RitenP74%,sulfonic acid 4%,ethylene glycol butyl ether 10%,triethanolamine 5%,gluconic acid 1%and deionized water 20%.By testing of lard oil dissolving,fox skin degreasing and large leather auxiliaries company applying,it is superior to domestic conventional degreasing agents and the comprehensive effect of degreasing can nearly reach the level of similar products abroad.
