摘 要:以煤焦油中温沥青为原料,采用热聚合的方法制备碳微球,研究热聚合温度370~385℃、聚合时间2 h反应条件下中温沥青中喹啉不溶物对制备出的碳微球形貌和粒度的影响。通过控制中温沥青中喹啉不溶物的不同含量制备出一系列热聚合产物,运用扫描电镜(SEM)、热重(Tg)对其产物进行表征,进一步探究碳微球成球较佳的制备条件及形成机理。The carbon microspheres were prepared from medium pitch of coal tar by thermal polymerization.The effect of quinoline insolubles in medium pitch on the morphology and particle size of carbon microspheres of carbon microspheres was studied at 370~385℃for 2 h.A series of thermal polymerization products were prepared by controlling the different content of quinoline insoluble in medium pitch.The products were characterized by SEM and TG.Study on the better preparation conditions and formation mechanism of carbon microspheres were further explored.
