摘　　要：丹皮炭的使用历史悠久,质量标准研究是确保其临床疗效的关键。采用显微、TLC法对丹皮炭进行定性鉴别;采用醇溶性浸出物测定法分析其浸出物,采用UPLC法测定牡丹皮中丹皮酚含量,色谱柱UPLC BEH C18色谱柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7μm),流动相为0.1%醋酸(A)-乙腈(B)梯度洗脱,检测波长254 nm,柱温30℃,流速0.4 mL/min。结果表明,丹皮炭显微特征清晰;建立了丹皮炭的TLC鉴别方法,斑点清晰,分离度好;浸出物均大于9.0%;建立了丹皮炭中丹皮酚的含量测定方法。There is a long history of clinical use of Moutan Cortex Carbonisatus,and the study of quality standard is the key to ensure its clinical efficacy.The methods of microscopic characteristics and TLC were used to identify Moutan Cortex Carbonisatus.The alcohol soluble leachables were determined,and HPLC was used to determine the contents of paeonol in Moutan Cortex Carbonisatus.The results showed that the microscopic characteristics were obvious.TLC was established to identify Moutan Cortex Carbonisatus,the spots were clear and well separated.The sample extract was≥9.0%,and HPLC was established for the determination of paeonol in Moutan Cortex Carbonisatus.
