摘  要:建立中药丹参中氟含量的简便、方便、可行性高的测定新方法。采用荧光分光光度法,激发波长为418 nm,发射波长为518 nm,以水杨醛席夫碱为络合剂,络合时间3 min。研究发现氟离子标准溶液在0~0.3 mmol/L的范围内荧光强度和浓度线性关系良好(r=0.9756),平均回收率为91%~99%之间,RSD=0.52%(n=5)。结果表明,该方法操作简便,准确,灵敏度高,可为中药丹参以及其他中药中氟含量的测定提供参考。A simple,convenient and feasible method for the determination of fluoride in Salvia miltiorrhiza by fluorescence analysis was established.The fluorescence spectrophotometry was used,excitation wavelength was 418 nm,emission wavelength was 518 nm and Salicylaldehyde Schiff base was used as complexing agent,time was 3 min.The linear relationship between fluorescence intensity and concentration of fluoride ion standard solution was good in the range of 0 to 0.3 mmol/L,and the recovery rate was 91%~99%,RSD=0.52%(n=5).This method has high sensitivity,good selectivity,short response time and simple operation.It is suitable for the determination of fluoride in Salvia miltiorrhiza.
