摘  要:针对一种复杂长大线型空间双曲面形式运动滑道的空间定位精度和表面平滑度优于3 mm的需求,该文提出了一种综合三维激光扫描与BIM技术的空间双曲面赛道精密工程测量方法。该方法利用BIM技术建立空间模型并提取特征点位三维坐标,采用精密型全站仪进行施工测量,准确放样特征点并实现全程跟踪监测,采用三维激光扫描对赛道表面进行扫描,并与BIM模型结合检测表面平滑度。结果表明:该方法有效解决了复杂空间双面形式赛道设计、施工测量和表面平滑度检测的实际需求,并应用于实际工程验证,可满足项目施工设计规范的精度要求。复杂空间双曲面赛道精密测量方法,可为类似大型工程的精密测量提供技术参考。To satisfy the requirement that the spatial positioning accuracy and surface smoothness of a complex long-line space hyperboloid slideway were better than 3 mm,a precise engineering survey method combining 3 D laser scanning and BIM technology was proposed.The BIM technology was used in this method to establish spatial model and extract the three-dimensional seats of feature points.The precise total station was used for construction survey,the accurate lofting of feature points and tracking monitoring of the whole process was achieved,the surface of the track was scanned by three-dimensional scanner,and the surface smoothness was detected by combining with BIM model.The result showed that this method effectively solved the problem of the complex space double-sided form of track design,construction measurement and surface smoothness.The actual requirement of inspection and its application and practical engineering verification could meet the accuracy requirements of the project construction to meet the design specifications.A precise measurement method for complex space hyperboloid track was proposed,which could provide technical reference for precise measurement of similar large-scale projects.
