摘 要:以丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酸(AA)、两性甜菜碱单体(MADPS)和油溶性双尾疏水单体(DiC12AM)为原料通过自由基聚合制备了一种疏水缔合聚合物HASPAM,通过单因素方法优化了制备条件,采用1H NMR和黏弹性测试等方法考察了HASPAM的性能。实验结果表明,HASPAM的最佳制备条件为:n(AM)∶n(AA)=4∶1,MADPS用量0.6%(x),DiC12AM用量0.2%(x),单体总用量30%(w),引发剂加量为单体总质量的0.15%,pH=7,25℃,4.0 h。在该条件下制备的0.4%(w)HASPAM溶液黏度为148.5 mPa·s,临界缔合浓度约为400 mg/L,在140℃、170 s^-1下剪切120 min后黏度保持在63 mPa·s。HASPAM的抗盐性能较好,当过硫酸铵加量为0.08%(w)时HASPAM溶液可完全破胶,且对岩心伤害最低为14.56%,可作为压裂液对储层进行压裂改造。With acrylamide(AM),acrylic acid(AA),3-((3-methacrylamidopropyl)dimethylammonio propane-1-sulfonate(MADPS)and N,N-didodecylmethacrylamide(DiC12AM)as raw materials,a novel hydrophobic associating polymer HASPAM was prepared by radical polymerization.The preparation conditions were optimized by mono-factor analysis.The properties of HASPAM were analyzed by 1 H NMR and viscoelasticity test.The result shows that the optimal conditions for preparation are n(AM)∶n(AA)4∶1,MADPS amount 0.6%(x),DiC12AM amounts 0.2%(x),total monomer amount 30%(w),initiator amount 0.15%(w),pH 7,25℃,4.0 h.The viscosity of 0.4%(w)HASPAM solution is 148.5 mPa·s and the critical associating concentration of HASPAM is 400 mg/L.The viscosity of HASPAM is about 63 mPa·s after shearing 120 min at 140℃and 170 s^-1.The HASPAM solution has the excellent salt resistance,and it is broken completely using the 0.08%(w)ammonium persulfate and the core damage rate is as low as 14.56%.Therefore,the HASPAM solution could be used as the fracturing fluid to stimulate the reservoirs.
