摘  要:建立了一种利用气相色谱同时测定丙烯酸酯中对羟基苯甲醚(MEHQ)、对苯二酚(HQ)和2,4-二甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚(TBX)等阻聚剂的方法。使用HP-5型石英毛细管柱(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm)分离、FID检测、内标法定量,测定了丙烯酸酯中3种阻聚剂的含量。实验结果表明,MEHQ,HQ,TBX在4.00~200.0 mg/L的浓度范围内线性关系均良好(R^2≥0.9992),检测限分别为7.92,10.34,5.84 mg/L,相对标准偏差分别为0.76%,1.48%,1.69%,加标平均回收率分别为92.06%~96.21%,96.02%~99.43%,95.28%~98.85%。该方法具有简便、灵敏、快捷、准确、稳定等特点,能满足实验室的定量分析需求。A gas chromatography method for simultaneous determination of polymerization inhibitors such as 4-methoxyphenol(MEHQ),hydroquinone(HQ)and 2-(tert-butyl)-4,6-dimethylphenol(TBX)in acrylic esters was established.The quantitative analysis was performed by using HP-5 type quartz capillary column(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm)separation,FID detection and internal standard method,and the content of three inhibitors in acrylic esters was determined.The result shows that the linear relationship of MEHQ,HQ and TBX is good in the concentration range of 4.00-200.0 mg/L(R^2≥0.9992).The limits of detection are 7.92,10.34,and 5.84 mg/L,respectively,the relative standard deviations are 0.76%,1.48%,and 1.69%,and the average recovery rates are 92.06%-96.21%,96.02%-99.43%,and 95.28%-98.85%.The method has the advantages of simple operation,high sensitivity,high speed,high precision and high stability.It can meet the needs of quantitative analysis in the laboratory.
