摘  要:根据中国石化济南分公司炼油结构调整、提质升级的总体规划,1#催化裂化装置和柴油加氢改质装置采用LTAG工艺进行了改造,1#催化裂化装置改造完成投用后,柴油加氢改质装置的生产工况发生了改变。通过降低柴油加氢改质装置R301反应器入口温度和停用真空脱水塔,实现对装置生产工况的优化调整,在保证改质柴油产品满足1#催化裂化装置LTAG回炼柴油质量控制指标要求的前提下,达到节能降耗减排的目的。According to the overall plan of oil refining structure adjustment and upgrading of Sinopec Jinan Branch,1#catalytic cracking unit and diesel hydro-upgrading unit were revamped by LTAG technology.After the revamped 1#catalytic cracking unit was put into operation,the production conditions of the diesel hydro-upgrading unit changed.By reducing the inlet temperature of diesel hydro-upgrading unit R301 reactor and stopping vacuum dewater tower,the production conditions of the unit were optimized and adjusted.Under the premise of ensuring that the upgraded diesel products meet the quality control requirements of LTAG qualified feedstock of 1#catalytic cracking unit,the purpose of energy saving,consumption reduction and emission reduction was achieved.
