摘 要:对二乙苯是重要的混合C8芳烃吸附分离生产对二甲苯的解吸剂,目前以吸附分离-异构化法为生产工艺主流。由于对二乙苯产能过剩,有必要开拓对二乙苯的新用途。介绍了对二乙苯脱氢生成对二乙烯基苯、对二乙烯基苯脱氢生成对二乙炔基苯的工艺及脱氢产物在聚合物方面的用途,同时也介绍了氧化生成对苯二乙酸、对二乙酰苯、4-乙基-α-甲基苯甲醇和α,α′-二甲基-1,4-苯二甲醇的工艺。指出未来的研究更应关注对二乙烯基苯和对二乙炔基苯聚合物产品开发。para-Diethylbenzene is an important desorbent in the adsorptive separation process of xylenes from mixed C8 aromatics process.Currently,adsorption separation with isomerization combination technology is becoming a competitive and predominant method.Due to excess capacity,it is necessary to develop new ways for using para-diethylbenzenes.Dehydrogenation technology of para-diethylbenzene to para-divinylbenzene and para-diethynylbenzene as well as their uses in polymer were reviewed.Meanwhile,the production processes of such oxidative derivatives as para-phenylenediacetic,paradiacetylbenzene,4-ethyl-α-methylbenzene methanol andα,α′-dimethyl-1,4-benzenedimethanol were introduced.Future research emphasis on para-diethylbenzene and para-divinylbenzene based polymers was also provided.
