摘 要:目的为研究王枣子根中总萜类成分的纯化工艺。方法为以总萜的吸附率和解吸率为评价指标,筛选树脂,并优化了吸附和洗脱条件。结果:AB-8型树脂对总萜有较好的吸附分离性能,适合于总萜的分离纯化。最佳工艺条件为:王枣子样品液最佳工艺为:上样浓度0.2mg/mL,最大上样量为3BV树脂用量,pH为5.5,流速2.0V/h,洗脱方法为先用水洗去杂质,再用5BV AB-8大孔树脂用量的50%乙醇洗脱,收集乙醇洗脱部分。结论:AB-8型树脂能有效分离纯化总萜类化合物。王枣子总萜提取物的纯度从15.8%提高到56.8%。The purification of terpenoids from Rabdosia amethystoides(Benth)was studied.Methods:The adsorption rate and desorption rate of terpenes were used as evaluation indexes to screen the resin and optimize the adsorption and elution conditions.Results:AB-8 resin has good adsorption and separation performance for terpenes,which is suitable for the separation and purification of terpenes.The optimum process conditions were as follows:The best technology of sample solution of jujube:the loading concentration was 0.2 mg/ml,the maximum loading amount was 3 BV resin dosage,the pH was 5.5,and the flow rate was 2.0 v/h.Conclusion:AB-8 resin can effectively isolate and purify terpenoids.The purity of terpene extract from Rabdosia amethystoides(Benth)was increased from 15.8%to 56.8%.
