摘 要:探究采用脉冲电絮凝-电催化氧化预处理技术减轻腐殖酸对超滤膜的污染,使用膜阻力与膜污染模型对膜污染程度进行拟合。结果表明,腐植酸模拟污水对超滤膜造成的可逆阻力与不可逆阻力均较大,污染物主要以中间堵塞与滤饼层堵塞为主。铁电极在初始pH=3时通量衰减较小,不可逆阻力较大,小分子腐殖酸去除率较高。铝电极在初始pH=11时,污染物浓度较高,膜污染较严重。中性条件下经过脉冲电絮凝-电催化氧化预处理后,超滤膜通量得到明显恢复,膜污染得到改善。A pulsed electrocoagulation-electrooxidation pretreatment was used to decrease the membrane fouling caused by humic acid.Membrane resistance and membrane fouling model were used to fit the fouling level of membrane.The results show that the humic acid wastewater has a large reversible resistance and an irreversible resistance to the ultrafiltration membrane,the pollutants are mainly blocked in the membrane and the formed a cake layer.As for iron electrode when initial pH is 3,it has a small flux decay with a large irreversible resistance,and a high removal rate of small molecules of humic acid.When the initial pH of the aluminum electrode is 11,the concentration of pollutants is higher and the membrane pollution is more serious.After pulsed electric flocculation-electrocatalytic oxidation pretreatment under neutral conditions,the ultrafiltration membrane flux was significantly restored and membrane fouling was improved.
