摘 要:以24份南通地区芋种质资源为材料,采用主成分分析和聚类分析方法对其9个主要品质指标进行分析。结果表明:不同来源种质材料的品质性状存在一定程度的变异,其中直链淀粉含量变异系数最大,为47.92%,属中等变异;含水量变异系数最小,其次为淀粉含量、粗蛋白含量,属弱变异,其他指标均为低等变异。主成分分析表明,9项指标反映的芋品质可用3个主成分来表示(累积贡献率达91.045%);在欧式距离D^2=8.96时,可将24份芋种质资源分为3个类群:第Ⅰ类以如皋地区为代表,第Ⅱ类以海门地区为代表,第Ⅲ类以通州等地为代表,说明芋种质资源的品质性状受土壤、气候等地域差异影响。Taking 24 taro germplasm resources in Nantong as materials,9 main quality indexes were analyzed by principal component analysis and cluster analysis.The results showed that the quality traits of different germplasm materials had a certain degree of variation,among which amylose content variation coefficient was the largest(47.92%),belonging to medium variation;water content variation coefficient was the smallest,followed by starch content and crude protein content,belonging to weak variation,and other indicators were low variation.Principal component analysis showed that the quality of taro reflected by 9 indexes could be expressed by 3 principal components(the cumulative contribution rate was 91.045%).When the Euclidean distance D^2=8.96,the 24 taro germplasm resources could be divided into 3 groups:the first group was represented by Rugao,the second was Haimen,and the third was Tongzhou.It indicated that the quality traits of taro germplasm resources were affected by regional differences such as soil and climate.
