摘　　要：番茄是我国重要的茄果类蔬菜之一,国内原始材料保存超过了10 000份。截至2018年底,番茄品种保护申请量(333个)和授权量(90个)均处于国内蔬菜品种的第二位,分别占蔬菜总申请量和授权量的14.33%和13.27%。本文对番茄品种的保护及DUS测试现状进行重点介绍,旨在为后期番茄新品种保护及种业发展提供参考。Tomato is one of the important solanaceous vegetables in China.There are more than 10000 pieces of original materials preserved in China.By the end of 2018,the number of tomato variety protection applications(333)and authorization(90)were in the second place of domestic vegetable varieties,accounting for14.33%and 13.27%of the total vegetable application and authorization respectively.This paper focuses on the protection of tomato varieties and DUS test status,in order to provide reference for the protection of new tomato varieties and the development of seed industry.
