摘 要:湖南某火电厂2×660 MW火电机组配有两台淋水面积为10000 m^2的逆流式自然通风循环水冷却塔,冷却塔运行过程中噪声较大,高达86 dB(A),严重影响周围居民生活。对该冷却塔噪声产生机理的分析研究表明:冷却塔噪声来源有落水噪声、塔体噪声、布水噪声和循环水泵噪声等,其中落水噪声是主要来源。水滴直径(大小)、落水高度、通风风速等对落水噪声有较大影响。在一定范围内,水滴直径越大,落水高度越高,通风风速越小,噪声值越大。由此提出一种全新的降噪网技术,实施后效果良好,能有效降低噪声,降噪效果达到8 dB(A)以上。There is a 2×660 MW thermal power plant equipped by two countercurrent natural ventilation circulating water-cooling towers with the water drenching area of 10000 m2 in Hunan Province.The noise in the operation of the cooling towers is highly up to 86 dB(A),which seriously affects the lives of the surrounding residents.Through the analysis of the noise generating mechanism of the cooling tower,it is found that the noise sources of the cooling towers are water falling noise,tower body noise,water distribution noise and circulating pump noise,of which the water falling noise is the main noise source.Droplet diameter(size),falling height and ventilation speed have great influences on the falling noise.Within a certain range,larger diameter of water droplets,larger water falling height and smaller ventilation speed will cause greater noise value.Afterwards,a new denoising network technology is proposed,which has a good implementation effect and can effectively reduce the noise by more than 8 dB(A).
