摘 要:高层酒店类建筑中的机电夹层大多存在大型机电设备(如冷水机组、空调水泵),若隔振措施不当或不足易对邻近的噪声敏感区域(如酒店客房或酒店式公寓)产生低频噪声影响,影响房间的入住或租售情况。经研究发现,低频段噪声主要集中在20 Hz至400 Hz频段,其中125 Hz至250 Hz频段最为显著。从工程实际应用角度出发,对典型工程实例进行现场实测和数据对比分析,详细阐述机电设备低频噪声对酒店建筑的影响,提出最佳解决方案。其设计思路可供同类工程参考。Large MEP devices including chillers and pumps for air-conditioning systems are often installed in most high-level hotel buildings.Improper or insufficient vibration isolation measures will cause low-frequency noise problem for the adjacent noise sensitive areas,such as hotel guestroom or apartment.And the client complaints will come with it.It is found that the low-frequency noise is mainly ranged in 20 Hz-400 Hz and the frequency of 125 Hz-250 Hz is the dominant.From the perspective of engineering practice,a typical engineering project is introduced in this article,the on-site testing data is compared and analyzed.The influence of the low-frequency noise of MEP on the hotel building is elaborated.The optimal scheme for solving the low-frequency noise problem is proposed.This work presents the design methodology as a reference for other similar engineering projects.
