摘  要:采用“预处理+超滤+纳滤”工艺对浙江某农药厂生化尾水进行深度处理试验,通过改变投药量、超滤和纳滤操作压力和回收率,探讨了预处理和双膜法深度处理农药厂生化尾水的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,聚合硫酸铁投加量在300 mg/L的条件下,预处理出水效果达到超滤进水要求。超滤操作压力控制在0.1~0.2 MPa,回收率90%;纳滤操作压力控制在2.0~2.2 MPa,回收率80%,膜处理性能较好。废水经双膜法处理后,总磷降至8 mg/L以下,COD去除率90%以上,出水浊度小于0.1 NTU,完全达到含磷废水排放标准。The study on the secondary biochemical effluent of agricultural pharmaceutical factory by using pretreatment,ultrafiltration and nano-filtration technology are carried out.By changing the dosage,pressure and recovery rate,the optimum process conditions of the secondary biochemical effluent of agricultural pharmaceutical factory discussed by using pretreatment and double-membrane process technology.The results show that the pretreatment effluent effect meet ultrafiltration water requirements under the condition of PFS dosage 300 mg/L.The membrane system runs stably when the ultrafiltration operating pressure control in 0.1~0.2 MPa,recovery rate 90% and nano-filtration operating pressure control in 2.0~2.2 MPa,recovery rate 80%.After the double-membrane treatment,wastewater TP decreases to 8 mg/L,the removal rate of COD is above 90%,the effluent turbidity is less than 0.1 NTU.Effluent quality reaches the level of new emission standards.
