摘 要:在恩施烟叶主产区,开展根结线虫田间发生动态及其与土壤环境的关系调查研究。结果表明,移栽后30 d烟株开始受到根结线虫为害,且发病率和病情指数逐步增加,直至烟叶采收结束。同时研究了根结线虫与土壤含水量、土壤pH和土壤温度的关系,烟株在大田生长发育期间,根结线虫发病率和病情指数与土壤含水量呈极显著负相关关系,相关系数分别为-0.728和-0.677;与土壤温度呈显著正相关关系,相关系数分别为0.593和0.536;与土壤pH无明显相关;而卵和二龄幼虫数量与土壤含水量、土壤pH和土壤温度无显著相关性。The occurrence dynamics of root-knot nematode and its relationship with soil environment were investigated in Enshi tobacco growing areas.The results showed that the tobacco plants began to be damaged by root-knot nematodes 30 d after transplanting,and the incidence and disease index gradually increased until the harvest of tobacco leaves were over.At the same time,the relationship between root-knot nematode and soil water content,soil pH and soil temperature were studied.During the growth and development of tobacco plants,the incidence and disease index of root-knot nematode showed a significant negative correlation with soil water content,and the correlation coefficients were -0.728 and -0.667,respectively;There was a significant positive correlation with soil temperature,the correlation coefficients were 0.593 and 0.536,respectively;There was no significant correlation with soil pH.However,the number of eggs and second instar larvae had no correlation with soil water content,soil pH and soil temperature.
